目的探讨葛根素对脑缺血再灌注损伤保护作用的机制。方法采用大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞模型(MCAO),观察葛根素对脑缺血再灌注脑组织水肿及神经细胞Na^+-K^+-ATPase、Ca^2+-ATPase活性的影响。结果葛根素能明显降低MCAO大鼠脑含水量,提高Na^+-K^+-ATPase、Ca^2+-ATPase活性。结论大鼠MCAO后脑组织水肿明显,ATPase活性降低;葛根素可以减轻此类损伤,对脑组织具有保护作用。
Objective: To explore the protective mechanism of Puerarin on cerebral ischemia - reperfusion injury. Methods: The ischemia -reperfusion model rats was induced by means of middle cerebral artery occlusian(MCAO), the brain edema and Na ^+ - K^ + - ATPase, Ca^2 +ATPase activity in neuron were measured to study the effect of Perarin against cerebral ischemia - reperfusion injury. Results: Puerarin can significant decrease the brain edema in rats induced by MCAO, and increase the activity of Na ^+ K ^+ - ATPase, Ca^2+ - APTase. Conclusions: The brain edama is obviously increased and the activity of ATPase is obviously decreased after MCAO. Puerarin can alleviate the injuriy and has the neuro -protective effect against ischemia -reperfusion injury.
