针对可燃气体的存在有可能使发动机由于空气不足而使燃料不能充分燃烧,发动机动力性、经济性下降的问题,分析了气体燃料成分及性能参数,推导了气体-柴油双燃料发动机与柴油机相比的动力性变化计算公式.采用了气化炉热解气化各种农林废弃的生物质产生生物制气,由单缸、四冲程、水冷、直喷式柴油机改装了双燃料发动机,生物制气通入发动机进气管,在进气过程中吸入气缸,由柴油引燃.测量了机刨花热解制气双燃料发动机不同引燃柴油量时的发动机动力性,理论分析结果与试验结果吻合较好.分析结果表明,燃气低热值减少,气体-柴油双燃料发动机动力性变差;引燃柴油量减少,气体-柴油双燃料发动机动力性也变差.
Power and economic performances of a gas-diesel dual fuel engine may be worse because its air in cylinder is less due to gas fuel in cylinder. The components and the performance data of gas fuel are analyzed. The calculation formula of power performance of the gas-diesel dual fuel engine is deduced. The dual-fuel engine is rebuilt by a single cylinder, four-stroke, water cooled, and direct injection diesel engine. The biogas is induced to the cylinder through intake tube of the engine during intake process and ignited by diesel fuel. The power performance of the gas-diesel dual fuel engine with different pilot diesel fuel quantity is measured. The results from theoretical analysis agree well with the experimental ones.
