英文摘要：

On the basis of the introduction of the ForCES router architecture, this paper elaborates the research and implementation of the event notification service in ForCES routers. The event asynchronous notification of ForCES touters is implemented by using double linked list. Also,two relative features of ForCES routers are illustrated ： （1）the simplification of the events subscription and unsubscription, （2）tbe simplification and effectiveness of the filtering criteria. Finally, this paper has carried out a test of the port link status event,whose result testifies the feasibility of the event notification service of ForCES routers.
