开展了海水浸泡作用下FRP-混凝土界面粘结性能的可靠性研究,根据海水浸泡作用后的FRP-混凝土界面粘结试验结果,分析了FRP-混凝土界面断裂能的概率分布;采用非线性回归方法建立FRP-混凝土界面断裂能与腐蚀时间的关系式。在此基础上,采用可靠度理论计算任意腐蚀时间下不同FRP-混凝土界面设计断裂能平均值和标准差的可靠度指标。结果表明:FRP-混凝土界面断裂能服从正态分布。随着腐蚀时间的增加,可靠度指标会先迅速降低后缓慢降低。设计断裂能的平均值和标准差对界面可靠度指标有较为显著的影响,平均值越大,任意腐蚀时间下的可靠度指标越小;标准差越大,可靠度指标在一段较短的腐蚀时间后会越大。
The technology of strengthening concrete structure using fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) has been exten- sively used in the field of civil engineering. However, there is insufficient information on the durability of FRP-concrete bonded interface, especially reliability study under severe environment. Reliability study on FRP-concrete bonded inter- face in sea environment was investigated in this paper. Probability distribution of FRP-concrete interfacial fracture energy was studied based on the bond test results of FRP-concrete interface under sea environment, and relation between FRP- concrete interfacial fracture energy and corrosion time was established through nonlinear regression analysis. On this ba- sis, reliability theory was used to calculate the reliability index at any corrosion time for different means and standard de- viations of designed interracial fracture energy. The experimental results indicate that probability distribution of FRP-con- crete interfacial fracture energy is normal. The reliability index decreases rapidly in the begirming, and then decreases steadily as corrosion time goes on. The mean and the standard deviation of designed interracial fracture energy have a sig- nificant effect on reliability index. A greater mean gets a lower reliability index at any corrosion time, while a greater standard deviation gets a higher reliability index in a short corrosion time.
