设计了一个电化学传感器批量测试系统,由传感器、放大电路、NI采集卡及CVI软件组成。该系统自动计算传感器各项指标,判断传感器是否合格,并对测得的数据进行处理、显示、绘图和保存等,最终实现了对电化学传感器性能进行批量智能测试的功能。该系统采用多线程编程,充分发挥了CVI函数库及NI采集卡的强大功能,保证各项工作的同时进行,具有操作简单方便、界面友好、测试效率高、可扩展性强、成本低和可靠性高的优点。经过对一氧化碳气体测试实验,该系统可及时有效地自动批量测试电化学传感器,实验准确度为100%。
A batch testing system for electrochemical sensor was designed,which consisted sensors,amplifier circuits,NI acquisition card and CVI ftware.The system can automatically calculate the indicators of these sensors and so determine their eligibility.At the same time,it can process,display,map and preserve the measured data.The developed system used the technique of multi-thread programming,which can ensure all works to process simultaneously.It also exhibits the powerful function libraries of CVI and NI acquisition card.In addition,the system contains many advantages such as simple operation,friendly interface,high test efficiency,strong scalability,low cost,high reliability,etc.After actual experiment to carbon monoxide sensors,the system can timely,effectively and automatically test these electrochemical sensors with an experimental accuracy of 100%.
