为了解决焊接电流难以控制的问题,设计了基于虚拟仪器Labview的焊接电流控制系统。利用虚拟仪器Labview产生不同类型、幅值频率可调的电流控制信号,通过数据采集卡的相关数字端口将控制电流传送给焊接电路,以控制焊接电路的电流。实现了焊接电流的自动控制。
In order to solve the problem of difficult to control the welding current, the welding current control system was designed based on virtual instrument Labview. The different current control signal with amplitude and frequency adjustable was produced based on virtual instrument LabView. The control current was sent to the welding circuit by the digital port of the data acquisition card, in order to control the welding current. The automatic control of welding current was realized.
