通过文献调研和管理者访谈获得量表初始条目,对初试样本进行探索性因子分析及对终试样本进行验证性因子分析,编制了中国企业员工伦理行为量表。该量表包括3个维度:个人诚信、组织环境以及组织利益。通过信度和效度分析得出该量表具有很好的信度和效度,适于对中国企业员工的研究。
This paper builts the three final dimensions of the questionnaire on ethical behavior of Chinese employees. The three dimensions are: personal honesty, organizational environment and organizational interest. The reliability and validity analysis indicates that the questionnaire has good reliability and validity and is suitable for the analysis on Chinese employees.
