以某型飞机液压管道为研究对象,使用六面体实体单元对管道进行有限元建模,并结合真实的发动机舱载荷曲线、飞机导管极限工作压力脉冲和管道压力脉动,计算了管道的动力响应;研究了卡箍对管道动态应力的影响,并与国军标《GJB3054—97飞机液压管路系统设计、安装要求》提出的施加卡箍的原则进行了对比,结果达到了较好的一致性;在国军标的基础之上,提出了管道中的弯管卡箍配置原则。所得研究结果为管道振动抑制技术中卡箍优化配置提供了依据。
The actual aircraft hydraulic pipes are illustrated as the object of study, the finite element mode of pipes are established by the means of hexahedron solid element, and caculating the pipes dynamic re- sponses through true engine cabin load,aircraft ation. And then the effect of clamp on aircraft pipes limit work pressure pulse and pipes pressure fluctu- hydraulic pipeline dynamic stress is studied. It achieves better consistency through comparing the calculation results and the clamp applying principle that put for- ward by《GJB 3054- 97 aircraft hydraulic system design, installation requirements》. What's more, this paper put forward clamp configurati for clamp optimization configuration on principle about bend pipe, the studying resules can provide basis in pipelines vibration inhibition technology.
