本文基于西部少数民族地区农户收入的微观数据，探讨了利用多水平模型分析具有分层结构数据的统计建模和估计问题，并从物质资本、人力资本、就业结构三个方面研究了影响农村农户收入及其增长的因素及其特征。通过对所得结果的分析，提出了西部少数民族地区农村经济发展的相关政策建议。

英文摘要：

This paper discusses the statistical modeling and parameter estimation for the hierarchical data using multilevel growth model, based on the nficro-data of farmer＇s income in minority autonomous state in Yunnan Province, and studies the influence factors of farmer＇s income and growth rate in views of physical capital, human capital and employment structure.
