从毛裂蜂斗菜全草中分离得到两个新的倍半萜硫酸酯类化合物megastigman-7-ene-3,5,6,9-tetrol-3-O-β-D-6'-sulfonated-glucopyranoside(1)、3-O-β-D-6'-sulfonated-glucopyranosyl-6-(3-oxo-2-butenylidenyl)-1,1,5-trimethylcyclohexan-5-ol(2)和一个已知化合物icariside B1(3)。其中化合物icariside B1(3)为首次从蜂斗菜属植物中分离得到。通过化学和波谱等方法对上述结构进行了鉴定。此外,还测定了3个化合物对4种肿瘤细胞(HepG2、HCT 116、H460和MCF7)的细胞毒活性。
Two new sulfated sesquiterpenoids, megastigman-7-ene-3, 5, 6, 9-tetrol-3-O-β-D-6'-sulfonatedglucopyranoside (1) and 3-O-β-D-6'-sulfonated-glucopyranosyl-6-(3-oxo-2-butenylidenyl)-1, 1, 5-trimethylcyclohexan-5-ol (2), along with one known sesquitepenoid compound icariside B 1 (3) were isolated from the whole herb of Petasites tricholobus Franch. Their structures were identified by their chemical and spectroscopic characters. All obtained compounds were tested for their cytotoxicity against four cancer cell lines.
