研究了2015年国内典型钢铁企业烧结矿的化学成分控制,并分析了不同原料条件下烧结矿的合理化学成分及其对烧结矿性能的影响规律。研究表明:国内典型钢铁企业烧结矿的铁品位较高,波动较小;除个别钢厂外,烧结矿A1203含量基本在1.60%-2.04%范围内;不同企业烧结矿Si02和FeO含量差异较大,但Mgo含量均有降低趋势。烧结矿中适宜的Si02、FeO和A1203控制应降低烧结矿Si02和Fe0含量,适当提高烧结矿碱度并使A1203/Si02尽量接近0.1~0.3,改善烧结矿条件使烧结矿中FeO以Fe,O。形式存在,增加烧结矿中Fe304与铁酸钙粘结相数量。低Mg0烧结矿和镁质球团是未来炼铁发展的新方向,其既能满足高炉的冶炼要求,同时又改善了烧结矿和球团矿的各项性能指标。
The sinter chemical composition of large steel enterprises in China in 2015 was investigated in this paper, and the appropriate sinter chemical composition at different raw materials were also discussed as well as its effects on sinter properties. The results show that, the sinter of large steel enterprises in China characterized with high Fe content, low fluctuation, and the Al2O3 content is basically controlled 1.60% - 2.04%. For different steel enterprises, the MgO content in sinter shows a decreasing trend, but the SiO2 and FeO content exhibit great differences. The appropriate control of SiO2, FeO and Al2O3 content in sinter should decrease the SiO2 and FeO content, increase the sinter basicity and make the Al2O3/SiO2 more closely to 0. 1 -0. 3, at the same time, the Fe2 + in sinter should exist as Fe3O4as much as possible. Low MgO sinter and magnesium-bearing pellet is the new direction for ironmaking development, which can meet the requirement of blast furnace smelting and improve the metallurgical properties of the sinter and pellet.
