泡沫金属结构的复杂性使导热辐射耦合传热条件下有效导热系数的变化规律及影响机理分析变得极为困难。本文提出了一种结构简单且具有与泡沫金属相似几何和传热特性的圆管模型,对其导热-辐射耦合传热过程进行了相似性分析,导出了一组影响有效导热系数的相似准则数。将该组相似准则数应用于泡沫金属简化几何模型,研究了对泡沫金属内导热辐射耦合传热过程的影响机理,并与圆管模型下的影响规律进行了对比验证。
It is difficult to analyze the variation and mechanism of the effective thermal conductivity (ETC) of metal foams in the condition of conductive-radiative coupled heat transfer because of its complex structure.A tube model with a simple structure and similar geometrical and heat transfer characteristics is proposed,and a set of similar numbers effecting the ETC are derived by similarity analysis of the conductive-radiative coupled heat transfer in the tube model.The similar numbers are introduced to the simplified metal foam model to analyze the effects mechanism of the conductive-radiative heat transfer,and the results are compared with the tube model.
