为研究高校科研团队的协同创新效能,在充分考虑效率型、效益型、递延型和创新型指标的基础上,提出用效率、绩效、成员满意度和团队未来生存力的组合来测量团队协同创新效能;然后结合德尔菲法、A古林法和因子分析法,以高校科研团队为对象,通过调查性实验,开发出异质性知识团队协同创新效能的二级评价指标体系.
In order to study Collaborative Innovation Effectiveness of research team in universities, this paper proposed to measure the team collaborative innovation effectiveness in efficiency, performance, member satisfaction and future competi- tion of team based on efficiency, benefit, deferred and innovative indicators, and then developed a secondary evaluation index system on collaborative innovation effectiveness of heterogeneous knowledge team through Investigative experiment in Delphi Method, A KELL and Factor Analysis.
