当雷电波侵入XLPE电缆绕组后,双层XLPE电缆绕组的芯线及外半导电层上的暂态电压分布与单层绕组有很大的不同。研究发现,由于其结构上的特殊性,导致其在外半导电层上会出现一定幅值的暂态电压,这与传统变压器绕组遭受雷电波侵入时所表现的暂态特性有很大的不同。通过试验测量其芯线与外半导电层上的暂态电压分布,分析其在雷电冲击电压下的暂态特性,为这种新型变压器的设计、保护技术提供了参考依据。
When the outer semiconductor layer of XLPE cable winding is invaded by lightning wave, the transient voltage distribution on the core wire and outer semiconductor layer of the double layers of XLPE cable winding is different from the single layer. The transient voltage with certain amplitude on the outer semiconductor layer of the cable winding would be measured because of the special characteristics of the double layers of cable winding structure, which is very different with the transient characteristics of traditional transformer winding under the invasion of the lightning wave. The transient characteristic of the XLPE cable winding is analyzed by measuring the transient voltage on the core wire and outer semiconducting layer, which can provide a basis for the design and lightning protection technologies for the new type transformer.
