针对圆筒式磁流变液离合器结构与磁路之间关系不明确,对离合器磁路进行了电磁场有限元仿真分析。基于磁路欧姆定律,建立了磁路理论模型,并以此验证了利用ANSYS建立的参数化有限元模型的正确性。通过有限元仿真模型,得到了工作间隙、线槽深度与工作磁场强度之间的关系,为磁场设计提供了理论基础。
In view of uncertain relationship between the structure of the cylindrical magneto-rheological fluid (MRF) clutch and the magnetic circuit, the finite element simulation and analysis on the magnetic circuit of the clutch were executed. The theoretical model was established based on Ohm's law for magnetic circuit, and then the model was used to verify the correctness of the parametric finite element model established in ANSYS. Based on the finite element simulation model, the relationship between the working gap, trunking depth with magnetic field strength was obtained, which provided theoretical foundation for design of the magnetic field.
