基于相似原理和莱钢60tLF钢包,建立了一套水模拟试验装置,水模型和钢包原型的几何相似比例为1:4,用该装置进行了钢包底吹氩行为的物理模拟研究。结果表明,底吹气体流量越大,混匀时间越短;吹气流量对混匀时间的影响程度远远大于透气砖位置的影响。60t钢包适宜采用单透气砖,其硬吹气体流量应〉0.133m^3/h,软吹气体流量应〈0.02m^3/h。
A water modeling apparatus was fabricated basing on the similar principle and employing the 60 tons ladle of Laiwu Steel as prototype ladle. The geometric similarity ratio is 1:4. The flow behavior of bottom argon blowing in the ladle was studied using this experimental equipment. The results showed that the mixing time is shorter with increasing the argon blowing rate. The effect of gas flowing rate on the mixing time is greater than that of the position of the porous brick. For the 60 t ladle, it's better to use one porous brick. The lower "hard" gas flowing rate and maximum "soft" gas flow rate is 0.133 m^3/h and 0.02 m^3/h respectively.
