以熔盐法制备的片状SrBi2N2O9晶体为模板晶体,固相法制备的SrBi2Nb2O9为基体粉料,采用模板晶粒生长技术和流延法制备了SrBi2Nb2O9织构陶瓷。研究了模板晶体含量对陶瓷的显微结构和介电、压电、铁电性能的影响。结果表明:模板含量为10%时,陶瓷的致密度和织构度最大,垂直于流延方向的介电常数随频率增加变化不大,无介电频率弛豫现象,陶瓷的介电损耗最小;与固相法相制备的陶瓷相比,适度的织构化有利于提高陶瓷的压电性能,模板晶体引入过多,反而降低陶瓷的压电和铁电性能。
The templated grain growth and tape- casting technique were employed to fabricate textured SrBi2 Nb2O9 ceramics by using plate SrBi2 Nb2 O9 crystal prepared by molten salt synthesis as template particle and SrBi2 Nb2 O9 powders synthesized by solid state reaction method as basic powders. The effect of template particle content on microstructure and dielectric, piezoelectric, ferroelectrics properties of textured ceramics was also investigated. It was found that the compactness and texturing degree achieved to the maximum value of the specimen with 10 wt% template particle, and the dielectric constant does not vary much with the frequency increasing, does not show dielectric frequency relaxation and show the minimum dielectric loss. Compared with ceramic by solid-state reaction method, moderate texturing is advantage to improve the piezoelectric properties of ceramic, but it would decrease the piezoelectric and ferroelectrics properties if the template particles were used too much.
