为研究青海湖流域小泊湖湿地主要土壤微生物类群的数量及分布规律,采用稀释涂布平板法研究了青海湖流域小泊湖湿地5种生境土壤细菌、真菌和放线菌数量。结果表明,0~30cm以内土层微生物总量以嵩草草甸最多、沙地样方最少。不同生境不同土层土壤微生物数量均以细菌占绝对优势,其次是放线菌和真菌。土壤微生物总数受植被、土壤理化性质、含水量等的综合影响。主成分分析结果表明,土壤理化性质中对土壤微生物总数的直接影响力排序依次为:全碳〉含水量〉全氮〉电导率〉pH,全碳、含水量、全氮是决定微生物数量的主导因子。相关性分析结果表明,土壤理化性质与微生物数量呈显著相关性,土壤理化性质对微生物数量的综合影响并不是线性相关,满足Y=A1X1p+A2X2q+A3X3t+…+B的曲线。
In order to investigate the quantity and distribution of major microbial groups of xiaopohu wetlands in qinghai lake basin,quantity of bacteria,fungi and actinomycetes were studied at five kinds of habitats by the way of pour plate method.The results indicated that the quantity of soil microorganism within 0-30 cm soil layer was most in Kobresia Meadow and least in sandland.Bacterium was the majority of the total soil microbe in different soil habitats and layers,followed by actinomycetes and fungi.The quantity of soil microbe was jointly affected by vegetation,soil physicochemical properties,water content and,etc.Principal component analysis indicated that among soil physicochemical properties,the order of direct influence on the total quantity of soil microorganism were as follows:total carbon moisture total normalization Conductivity pH value,and total carbon,water content and total nitrogen in soil were three main factors determining the quantity of soil microbe.Correlation analysis indicated that soil microbe was significantly correlated to physicochemical properties but not linearly related.Satisfy curvilinear relationship Y=A1X1p+ A2X2q+ A3X3t+…+B.
