China＇s construction enterprises competitive strength is uneven, and lack of integrity. This article puts forward and demonstrates the use of the strategy of network thinking, through proper embedding strategy to construct good embedded relations as the effective way of improving competitiveness. Construction of China＇s leading enter- prises can take the internal or external development strategy to form new relation mode, so that the network of divi- sion of labor, work efficiency is improved.
