采用有限元方法计算了汽轮发电机转子动偏心形成的不平衡磁拉力(UMP),以QFSN-220-2型汽轮发电机作为研究对象,分析了发电机动偏心程度、方向对不平衡磁拉力的影响,并在一定的偏心程度下分析了发电机有功、无功出力变化对UMP的影响.结果表明:UMP随着偏心程度增加而增大,UMP方向随着偏心方向改变而改变,在相同偏心程度下转子偏心方向对UMP的大小具有一定影响.发电机的功率调节对UMP的幅值具有显著影响.因此,当发电机出现振动超标现象时可以通过临时调节无功改善机组振动状态.
The finite element method is used to calculate the UMP by turbine generator rotor dynamic eccentricity,taking a 220 MW turbine generator as the object of study. The impacts of dynamic eccentricity level and directions on the unbalanced magnetic pull are analyzed. The influence of generator active and reactive power change on UMP is also taken into consideration under certain eccentricity level. The results show that UMP increases with eccentricity level; its direction changes with eccentricity direction; rotor eccentricity direction has a certain impact on the size of the unbalanced magnetic pull under the same eccentricity level; generator power adjustments have greater impacts on the size of UMP. Therefore,generator vibration stage can be improved by temporary reactive power regulation.
