In this study, the sprout leaves of the Baodi garlic were used as explants, the best conditions for callus induction and plant regeneration were analyzed by comparing the induction effects of different media combinations. The results showed that the best medium for callus induction was MS＋2,g-D 2.0 mg·L-1＋NAA 2.0 mg·L-1 %KT 1.0 mg·L-1, the best medium for inducing adventitious buds was MS＋6-BA 1.5 mg·L-1＋NAA 1.0 mg·L-1＋KT 1.5 mg·L-1, and the best condition for root induction was MS＋NAA 0.6 mg·L-1KT 0.5 mg. L-~.
