针对石油化工企业广泛使用的 T AL9509火炬自动点火系统不能对火焰燃烧程度进行判断的问题,提出一种基于图像处理技术的火炬监测方法。通过对摄像头摄取的火焰图像进行分析处理,判断火炬是否正常燃烧,根据判断结果来调节火炬筒体内的氮气和蒸汽流量,以实现对火炬稳定、可靠的闭环自动控制。
As the TAL9509 automatic flare ignition system widely used in petrochemical enterprises is unable to judge the degree of flame combustion ,this paper proposes a flare monitoring system based on image processing .By analyzing the images taken by camera ,it estimates w hether the flare is in normal burning condition and then the estimation results are used to adjust the nitrogen and steam flow in the flare cylinder thus to achieve stable and reliable closed-loop automatic control of the flare .
