钙离子(Ca2+)是植物生长发育所必需的一种大量元素,它同时作为重要信使参与调节植物对环境胁迫的抗逆过程。本文综述了钙离子相关的植物抗逆研究领域最新进展,如Ca2+调节胞内[Na+]/[K+]、调节胞内脱落酸(abscisic acid,ABA)浓度、稳定细胞壁及细胞膜、识别Ca2+/Ca2+依赖蛋白激酶系统以及起始抗逆基因转录,为后续植物细胞Ca2+在环境胁迫下的浓度、分布的实时变化等研究提供一定的基础支撑。
Calcium is an indispensable nutrient element for plant growth and development. It also plays important roles in plant response to abiotic stresses. The paper reviewed the advances in understanding the contribution of calcium in plant abiotic stress physiologies, including the regulation of [Na+]/[K+] and abscisic acid (ABA) concentration, stabilization of cell wall/plasma membrane, recognition of calcium/calcium-dependent protein kinases (CDPKs) system and initiation of specific gene expression, which may direct the further research about the dynamic change of Ca2+ concentration and distribution under abiotic stress.
