提出一种动态非本征法布里-珀罗(F-P)腔对波长的解调方法。利用PZT构建的动态非本征F-P腔调制FBG反射光,理论分析得到调制光强随F-P腔长呈类余弦变化。经数值模拟,当PZT在一正弦电压驱动下,F-P腔调制输出的类余弦信号因FBG波长漂移而产生峰值偏移,且偏移量与FBG波长变化量成线性关系,此关系可用于FBG波长的解调。研究结果表明,动态非本征F-P腔波长解调方法,在FBG传感测量中简化了信号处理过程中复杂的算法问题。
A demodulation method of wavelength with dynamic extrinsic Fabry-Perot(F-P) cavity was proposed.The reflected light of FBG was modulated by the F-P cavity which was constructed using a PZT.The modulated intensity was theoretically analyzed and found to vary with the length of F-P cavity as cosine-like.When PZT vibrated with a sine voltage,the cosine-like signal would move to produce a peak migration,which had a linear relationship with the FBG wavelength offset.This relationship could be used for FBG wavelength of demodulation.Our results furthermore showed that the new signal demodulation method could simplify the signal processing algorithm of complex problems.
