采用硅钼竖炉、高压真空复合碳管电阻炉冶炼含有Ar、N2、CO气泡的钢样,并运用金相显微镜、扫描电镜以及能谱仪对钢样中Ar、N2、CO气泡及其周围组织进行了分析,重点研究了钢中Ar、N2、CO气泡的气体成分、界面化学成分、界面形貌、大小及其附带夹杂物等问题,意在弄清3种气泡在钢中的特征,并通过分析给出相应气泡的辨别依据,为生产提供理论支持。
In this study, the steel samples which containing At, N2, CO bubbles were melted using silicon-molybdenum furnace and high-voltage vacuum carbon tube furnace. Then the bubbles and the nearby structure were analyzed with the metallographic microscope, SEM, and EDS. In order to clarify the features of the three types of bubbles in steel, the gas composition in bubbles, chemical composition at the bubble interface, interface morphology, bubble size, and the attached inclusions were studied. Based on the analysis, the identification of bubbles was given, which provided theoretical support for industrial production.
