单分子包埋是一种高效的蛋白质包埋新方法。蛋白质的单分子包埋是利用蛋白质上的某些基团可以与修饰剂反应的特点,将蛋白质先与修饰剂反应,再进行单个蛋白质分子的包埋。该方法获得的蛋白质单分子包埋颗粒粒径处于纳米尺寸范围,外壳的材料层薄至几到几十纳米。本文介绍了蛋白质的单分子包埋的原理及目前蛋白质单分子包埋的主要方法,包括共价结合包埋法、吸附包埋法。蛋白质的单分子包埋能有效地提高蛋白质的活性稳定性、热稳定性及其在有机相中的稳定性等性能,从而扩大了蛋白质在药物制备、生物燃料电池、微反应器等方面的应用。
The encapsulation of single protein is a new effective approach.The protein reacts with modifier to form single protein by encapsulation.The sizes of these single protein particles range of nanometers and each protein molecule is surrounded with a nanoscale network.This review describes the mechanisms and methods of encapsulation,including covalent binding and adsorption.These approaches improve the abilities of the proteins,such as stability,thermal stability and the stability in organic solvents,thus enhance the applications of the proteins,such as protein drugs,biofuel cells and microreactors.
