由于能量密度的极大优势,应用燃烧释放碳氢燃料的化学能并转化为电能或者机械能的微动力系统有巨大的发展潜力和广阔的应用前景。微热光电系统是其中的一种,而微燃烧室是该系统的核心部件。在实验验证的基础上,对带有双环形翅片燃烧室内的燃烧过程进行了数值模拟。结果表明,双环形翅片能增强微燃烧室内混合气体的湍流扰动,改善燃烧状况,有效地提高燃烧效率。
Because of its advantage in energy density, the micro-power system whtch changes me chemistry-energy released by the burning hydrocarbon into electricity or mechanism energy has great potential and widely application foreground. The micro-thermophotovoltatic system is one of them and its core component is the micro-combustor. Based on the experimental illustration, the combustor with two ring fins was simulated. Result indicates that the ring fins could effectively enhance the turbulence of the mixed gas in the combustor, improve combustion status, and increase the combustion efficiency.
