Toll样受体是介导天然免疫的重要受体,它能够识别病原相关分子模式配体,直接启动有效的抗感染机制,为建立适应性免疫提供条件。最近研究发现热休克蛋白70(HSP70)可以作为Toll样受体内源性配体,参与微生物诱导之外的免疫机制。本文就HSP70通过Toll样受体激活的信号传导通路以及所产生的生物学效应做一综述。
Toll-like receptors(TLRs)is the key receptor to medicate native immunity,which could identify ligands of pathogen-associated molecule patterns(PAMPs)and direct start an effective anti-infection mechanism as well as provide condition to establish adaptive immunity. Recently studies find that the heat shock protein70(HSP70)could be the endogenic ligand of Toll-like receptors,which contribute to the immunologic mechanism except participating in inducing microorganism. This article reviewed the HSP70 could activate signal transduction pathway by Toll-like receptors and its biological effects induced.
