采用钻孔后取出的废弃泥浆与水泥固化剂、掺合物粉煤灰在孔外进行搅拌形成的水泥土具有强度高、成本低和环保等特点,其工法应用日渐广泛。结合钻孔后注浆工艺,对由粉质粘土泥浆、水泥、粉煤灰及水组成的高性能水泥土抽样进行了无侧限抗压强度试验,并通过支持向量机(SVM)对试验样本及强度进行学习,得出了相应的回归模型,以期对该类型水泥土进行强度预测,达到提供最优配合比的目的。研究认为:该类型水泥土彻底改变了传统的水泥土的成型工艺,在龄期为28d的情况下,设计强度等级多数能达到1.5MPa以上,在泥浆比重≥1.2且水泥土比重≥1.35时,均能达到上述强度并满足工程要求。
Cement-soil mixed outside the borehole is composed of discard drilling slurry, cement and admixture fly ash. After grouting, it has such characteristics as high strength, low cost, environment protection and so on, so this technique of drill-grouted cement-soil has been applied widely recently. Combining the techniques of drillgrouted, unconfined compressive strength test has been conducted on silty clay slurry, cement, and fly ash. Then, in order to predict this high quality cement-soil which consists of kind of cement-soils' strength and provide the optimal ratios, Support Vector Machine (SVM) is adopted to study the test samples and compressive strength and get the corresponding regression model. The results of study show that the forming technique of this type of cement-soils is completely different from that of traditional cement-mixed clays. Under the condition of 28d curing age, most design strength can achieve up to 1.5 MPa. In addition, it can satisfy engineering requirements when the specific weight of slurry and cement-mixed clays are equal to or over 1.2 and 1.35 respectively.
