溶解与胶体性物质对细小纤维保水值及滤水性能的影响

以漂白硫酸盐桉木浆经打浆后筛分出的细小纤维及细小纤维碎片为实验原料,研究了不同类型阴离子干扰物(DCS)对细小纤维保水值及滤水性能的影响。结果表明,水溶性、胶体性及混合性的阴离子干扰物都降低了细小纤维的滤水性能,水溶性干扰物对细小纤维的润胀及水化有一定的抑制作用,而随胶体性干扰物含量的增加,细小纤维的保水值增大,水溶性与胶体性阴离子混合干扰物对细小纤维的水化有协同增大趋势。

英文摘要:

In this paper, fines were collected from the fractionation of the refinned KP bleached eucalyptus pulp. The effects of the dissolved and colloidal substances(DCS) on water retention value and drainage performance of the fines were studied. The results showed that the dis- solved, colloidal or their mixture decreas the drainage of the fines, but only dissolved substance has ablility to inhibit the swelling and hydra- tion of the fines. The water retention value (WRV) of the fines increases along with the increase of colloidal substance content. Dissolved substance and colloidal substance have the synergistic effect on fines hydration.
