为了实现数控设备的远程控制,在研究网络化远程数控系统3种主要的联网方式和Profibus协议的基础上,设计了一套基于Profibus—DP网络的远程数控系统通讯方案,该系统可以控制多个数控终端设备的生产运行及模拟工业现场加工。实验结果表明,通过将安装有Profibus模块的工控机连入网络中,各终端设备可以通过网络实现远程控制,有利于提高生产自动化程度、生产效率和安全性。
In order to realize remote control of the numeric control(NC) equipments, the three major ways of the networked NC system and the Profibus protocol were studied, and a communication scheme of the remote NC system based on Profibus-DP was designed, which could control the production of many NC equipments to analog the real process of industry. The experiment resuits show that the device can realize remote control through the Profibus when connecting the IPCs with the Profibus modules into the network. It improves the degree of production automation, productivity and safety.
