近几年研究发现长链非编码RNA(10ngnon—coding RNA,IncRNA)在肿瘤的发生发展过程中发挥着重要的作用。
Recently, several studies have found that long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) plays an important role in the progress of cancer development, lncRNAs are longer than 200 bp and without protein coding capacity, which are in- volved in important gene expression regulation at normal and cancer cells, lncRNAs are closely related to tumor cell pro- liferation, invasion, metastasis and recurrence. IneRNAs may be a potential novel therapeutic target as a diagnostic mark- er and prognostic factor in bladder carcinoma. This paper summarized the research progress about lncRNAs in bladder carcinoma to explore the mechanism of the regulation of bladder carcinoma development by lneRNAs.
