So far, many scholars have been carried out extensive research in plants of Nitrafia. This paper mainly sums up the study result about chemical composition and value of exploitation and utilization to plants of Nitraria, which includes chemical composition, nutritional value and industrial use for the fruits, seeds and leaves of Nitraria, and points out that current limitations in the study and fu- ture efforts should be made to the direction, provides the basis for in - depth research and development and use of plant resources belonged to Nitraria.
