采用GB/T8312、GB/T8313、GB/T8314、GB/T5009.13、GB/T5009.12、GB/T5009.18等方法对土庄绣线菊等五种绣线菊属植物的咖啡碱、茶多酚、氨基酸、铜、铅、氟等11种化学成分进行了检测。结果表明:土庄绣线菊叶与柳叶绣线菊叶中咖啡碱、茶多酚、氨基酸等茶用成分均优于砖茶,铜、铅、氟等微量元素含量显著低于砖茶,是替代砖茶的优良种源。此项研究为绣线菊属植物资源利用开辟了新途径,填补了内蒙古缺少茶资源的空白,也为合理利用野生植物资源提供了理论依据。
11 chemical compositions such as caffeine,tea polyphenol,amino acids,copper,lead,fluoride,etc in five species of the Spiraea were examined by using GB/T8312,GB/T8313,GB/T8314,GB/T5009. 13,GB/ T5009. 12 and GB/T 5009. 18. The results showed that in Spiraea pubescens and Spiraea salicifolia,caffeine,tea polyphenol,amino acids and other tea ingredients are more than that of the brick tea; the trace element contents such as copper,lead and fluoride are significantly less than that of the brick tea. So they are thought to be the excellent resources that can be instead of brick tea. In the research,a new way for utilization of Spiraea was explored,which filled in the blank of tea resources in Inner Mongolia and provided a theoretical basis on the rational use of wild plant resources.
