目的:通过磁共振成像测量技术,探讨水平位、冠状位、矢状位和斜冠状位上海马结构的形态特点,了解健康成人海马结构体积正常值,为临床相关疾病的预防和影像学诊断提供参考数据.方法;对50例健康成人颅脑进行3D-fSPGR序列扫描,对目标区域进行10等分,在等分后的图像上逐层勾画海马结构面积,然后计算体积,用协方差法对体积进行相对处理,数据通过SPSS 17.0软件分析.结果:海马结构体积与年龄无相关性,斜冠状位成像的海马结构体积有性别差异.水平位、冠状位和斜冠状位成像的海马结构体积左右两侧差异均有统计学意义.结论:健康成年人海马结构体积的大小与年龄无关,海马结构体积右侧大于左侧,斜冠状位成像的海马结构体积存在性别差异,通过冠状位成像对海马结构的形态进行测量研究其结果更具统一性和可比性.
Objective: To acquire normal healthy adult hippocampal formation volume which can offer a great help for clinically relevant disease prevention and to provide reference data for diagnostic imaging by exploring the horizontal position, coronal, sagittal and coronal oblique characteristics of the structure of the hippocampal formation, and using the magnetic resonance imaging techniques (MRI). Methods: Each hippocampal formation from 50 healthy adult brains was divided into 10 equal portions and scanned by using 3D-fSPGR sequence. The area for each layer was calculated and then the volume was analyzed through SPSS 17.0 software. Results: Hippocampal formation volume was in no correlation with age, and there was a significant difference in hippocampal formation volume measured from the oblique coronal imaging (t = 3. 207, P〈0. 01). The right and left hippocampal formation volumes acquired from horizontal, coronal and oblique coronal imaging were all statistically different. Conclusion: Healthy adult hippocampal formation from all ages show no difference in volume size, but the right hippocampal formation volume is larger than the left part and hippocampal formation volume measured from the oblique coronal imaging, which means it has more accuracy and comparability to measure the hippocampal formation volume from the coronal plane.
