目的 运用生物电阻抗分析法,通过测量得出进藏工作汉族女性成年人群与西藏藏族女性成年人群脂肪含量的数值,并对两者进行对比分析,进而探讨进藏工作汉族女性成年人群与西藏藏族女性成年人群脂肪含量及分布的不同。方法 在知情同意的情况下,整体随机抽取进藏工作汉族女性与西藏藏族女性健康成人作为研究对象,共选取460人(汉族女性为223例,藏族女性为247例),应用体成分分析仪,对所有受试者进行检测,得出脂肪总量、左上肢(左下肢、右上肢、右下肢、躯干)脂肪量,进而推算出体脂肪率、左上肢(左下肢、右上肢、右下肢、躯干)脂肪率。所有结果输入SPSS统计软件包,进行独立样本t检验和方差分析统计学处理。结果 进藏工作汉族女性成年人群的各项脂肪含量数值均小于西藏藏族女性成年人群,而且结果具有显著性差异(P〈0.01或0.05)。进藏工作汉族女性成年人群各部位的脂肪含量和脂肪率均随年龄增加而增大,西藏藏族女性成年人群的总脂肪量,躯干脂肪量和双上肢脂肪量整体上随年龄增加而增大,40岁年龄组有轻度下降,而双下肢脂肪量在30岁年龄组达到最高峰,此后含量逐渐降低。结论 整体上,进藏工作汉族女性成年人群的各项脂肪含量数值均小于西藏藏族女性成年人群。进藏工作汉族女性成年人群和西藏藏族女性成年人群脂肪含量随年龄的增长发生变化,但不同部位的脂肪变化趋势略有不同。
Objective To measure the body fat content of Han adults females worked in Tibet and Tibet females in Tibet by Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis method, then comparing the two groups' values to discuss the fat distribution feature and regularity of two groups. Methods The Han adults females worked in Tibet and Tibet females in Tibet were selected and sighed the informed consent as the research object. A total of 460(Han female for 223 cases, Tibet female for 247 cases) was selected, who was applied by the body composition analyzer to be detected all subjects and concluded that the total fat, left upper limbs (left lower limbs, right upper limbs, fight lower limbs, trunk) fat content, and being worked out the body adipose rate, left upper limbs (left lower limbs, right upper limbs, right lower limbs, trunk)fat ratio.All the results were inputted SPSS, the statistical software package, and be processed by independent sample t-test and variance analysis. Results The fat content(total, limbs and trunk) was all lower in Han female adults than in Tibet female adults( P〈0.O1 or 0.05). The total fat and each part fat content in Han female adults were all increased with age. The content of total fat ,trunk fat and two upper limbs in Tibetan female adults group increased with age, and with a slight decrease in 40-age-group, but the content of two lower limbs reached the peak in 30-age-group and decreased later. Conclusion In the whole, the fat content(total,limbs and trunk) of Han female adults are all lower than Tibet female adults. The fat content of two groups(Han and Tibet) changed with the growth of the age, but the change trend of the fat in different parts were somewhat different.
