研究适应我国高速铁路特点和地震活动性的地震预警与紧急处置,是高速铁路地震安全及震后恢复的需要,为此构建高速铁路地震紧急处置系统,结合系统的架构、紧急处置方案、紧急处置行车规则,详述了设计方案,同时阐述地震处置影响范围计算、数据实时接入、大数据处理、GIS服务等关键技术。系统开发完毕后进行了功能验证和现场测试,各项功能指标均满足高速铁路运行及安全防护需求,可有效防止、减少地震灾害对高速铁路列车运行的影响。
To meet the need for high-speed railway earthquake safety and recovery-alter-earth- quake, an earthquake emergency treatment system for high-speed railway has been studied ac- cording to the characteristics of Chinese high-speed railway and the activity of the earthquake. Its design plan is detailed in term of system architecture, emergency treatment plan and traffic rules of emergency treatment. Meanwhile, key technologies are described including the calculation of affected area by earthquake treatment, access to real-time data, processing of large volume data, GIS services, etc. After the completion of system development, functional verification and field test has been carried out. It has been proven that all functional parameters of the system meet the needs of operation and safety protection of high-speed railway, which can effectively avoid and re- duce the impacts of earthquake on train operation of high-speed railway.
