Based on analyzing the status quo of joint high-speed railway debugging and commissioning as well as in-tegration test management,with a view to test item concurrence,complicated test data types,difficulty in controland sharing,etc.,the article studies and develops the high-speed railway test management system. The test man-agement system consists of annual plan,project management,test management,database management,equip-ment management,document management,full-text retrieval,mobile TDM and system setup and other modules.It realizes systematically store and manage the test data on multiple disciplines,guarantees the security in test da-ta,effectively shares the test data and provides a platform to effectively conduct and manage joint high-speed rail-way debugging and commissioning and integration test.
