中国劳动分配比例的下降是由现代部门劳动分配比例的下降引起的。对中国1996—2004年省级面板数据的估计结果表明,中国现代部门劳动分配比例下降的根本原因是二元经济条件下的巨大就业压力、不断提高的劳均资本和人力资本、工会在保护劳动者权益方面的缺位。该结果对不同的模型设置和样本选择具有很强的稳健性。进一步的研究还发现,在低发展水平组,劳均资本对劳动分配比例的负面影响更大。
The declining labor share of modem sector leads to declining labor share of China. Estimation of the 1996 -2004 provincial panel data shows that the enormous employment pressure, the increasing capital per labor and human capital and the vacancy of trade union in protecting workers' rights are the essential factors that lead to the decline of labor share of modem sector. The result is highly robust across model specifications and samples. Further study shows that the negative impact of capital per labor to labor share is greater in the group of low development level.
