在中国经济转型的过程中,劳动关系发生了巨大的变化,劳资纠纷日益常态化。以劳动争议案件作为代表劳动关系状况的一个综合性指标,可以发现各省之间劳动争议案件发生的频率存在着显著差异。劳动争议案件发生的频率与经济转型程度和经济发展水平有直接关系,利用省际面板数据进行的定量分析发现,各省之间在经济转型、经济发展、劳动力市场状况等方面的差距能够解释劳动争议案件的省际差异。
The employment relations in China have changed dramatically and labor disputes have been normal in the process of economic transition. In this paper, the labor disputes cases have been studied as a complex index representing employment relations. It is observed that there is great provincial difference of labor disputes. With panel data of the provinces, it can be concluded that sum and frequency of labor disputes cases have positive correlation with economic transition and economic development. The difference of economic transition, economic development and labor market can explain the provincial difference of labor disputes in China.
