签派员是航空公司运行保障的核心人员,其工作负荷大小直接决定飞行品质。结合相关领域工作负荷评估的研究方法和模型,将签派员工作负荷细分成13项工作内容,借鉴DORATASK方法建立工作负荷评估模型,再应用层次分析法确定了每项工作内容的难度系数,计算出了看不见的工作负荷大小,从而确定了签派员工作负荷总大小,并讨论了基于工作负荷大小的签派席位数分配问题。建立的工作负荷评估模型及基于工作负荷的签派席位数分配方法,符合签派员的工作性质和特点,具有很好的实用性。
The size of dispatcher workload determines the flight quality. The article, referring to work- load evaluation methods and models in related fields ,categorizes dispatcher's work into 13 parts. A workload evaluation model is established by the DORATASK method. The coefficient of difficulty of each work part is confirmed by AHP based on survey statistics, and the invisible workload is calculated, thus the total workload is worked out. The article also discusses the allocation of dispatcher seats based on the size of workload. The workload evaluation model and the dispatcher seat allocation method based on workload can meet the de- mand of dispatcher's work and can be practiced.
