With the growth of the national economy and the rapid development of civil aviation industry, the scarcity of airspace resources has become increasingly prominent. Scientific and reasonable evaluation of airspace capacity is the key to solve the bottleneck of air traffic flow, but also to provide a scientific ba- sis for the development of traffic management strategies. Because of the particularity of the system of our country, it has been an important factor to restrict the airspace resource in our country. The military avia- tion activities under the sector capacity, mechanism of detailed analysis of military aviation activities of the sector capacity loss, effects of quantitative assessment of military aviation activities of the sector capacity, the establishment of military aviation activities under the influence of sector dynamic capacity evaluation model, the conclusion of the model has shown something meaningful for future research.
