针对田庄煤矿村庄下压煤严重制约矿井的正常生产接续的现实,提出了超高水材料充填采煤技术。介绍了超高水材料充填工艺的具体流程。工作面按面长50m布置,采20m留10m煤柱,采用“两采一充”的连续充填开采模式。通过对充填效果进行理论的分析,预计在充填条件下,地表下沉最大值430mm,水平移动最大值100mm,倾斜最大值1.8mm/m,建筑物全部为I级破坏。
Aiming at the reality that the coal resources under the villages seriously restrict the continuation of normal mine production,a coal mining with super high - water packing technology was put forward. Continuous mining and packing mode of " two stopings and one filling" with 20 m mining face width and 10 m pillar width in the working face of 50 m long was adopted. This paper introduces the specific process of super high - water pack- ing technology, theoretically analyzes packing effect. It is forecast that the maximum surface subsidence is 430 mm, maximum horizontal displacement is 100 mm, maximum tilt displacement is 1.8 mm/m, the entire buildings in the villages are destroyed for level I.
