针对目前我国建筑物下、铁路下、水体下压煤现状,结合煤矿固体废弃物煤矸石和电厂粉煤灰造成的环境污染情况,从淄博矿业集团岱庄煤矿的生产实际出发,对膏体充填材料进行了优化配比试验及水化反应机理研究。结果表明:配比P10可作为最优配比试验结果,即胶结料:粉煤灰:煤矸石为1∶4∶6,质量浓度为74%;膏体材料不同龄期的XRD衍射图谱表明水化产物主要是CH(氢氧化钙)、AFt(钙矾石)和C-S-H(硅酸钙)凝胶,不同龄期水化产物中各物质相对含量不一样;扫面电镜表明膏体材料水化8h已经生成了一定量的钙矾石,1d可见片状物质的C-S-H凝胶,水化7d后局部生成大块的棱柱状凝胶。
According to the situation of coal under building, railway, water and the environmental pollution of coal gangue and fly ash, the optimization proportion test and hydration mechanism about paste filling material are analyzed based on the actual situation of gangue paste backfilling in Zibo Mining Group Co. Ltd. The research results show that the most optimized proportion experiment result is P10, that is, the ratio is 1 : 4 :6 of cementing material, fly ash and coal gangue,and the mass concentration is 74%;the XRD (X-ray diffraction) map of paste material in different ages shows that the main hydrous meterials are CH, AFt and C-S-H, whose comparative proportion is different;the scanning electron microscope(SEM) graphs show that the right amount of AFt has been produced in 8 hours;pieces of C-S -H can be seen in 1 day and large of cylindrical C-S-H can be found in seven days.
