党的十八大报告中多次提到支持小微企业特别是科技型小微企业的发展,在国外各货币当局不断释放市场流动性、输入型通货膨胀加剧的压力下,我国原材料价格和人力成本上涨导致了科技型小微企业成本增加。另外,我国中央银行为控制通货膨胀,紧缩国内市场流动性,致使科技型小微企业的融资成本进一步上升。借鉴美国和日本科技型小微企业在通胀背景下应对融资困境的经验,根据十八大报告、＂十二五＂规划的精神,为解决通货膨胀背景下科技型小微企业融资难的问题提供了新视角和新思路。
英文摘要：
Under the background of inflation, raw material prices and labor costs rise will lead to increased business costs; in addition, for the sake of the central bank control inflation tightening liquidity, which will lead to corporate financing costs rise. In this paper we refer the experience of the United States and Japan small and micro businesses in the context of inflation to deal with the financing difficult. On the basis spirit of the eighteen reports, the Twelfth Five-Year Plan, to provide a new perspective and ideas to solve the financing of small and micro businesses under inflation background difficult problem.
