In this paper, we investigate a class of real quartic polynomial differential systems with four finite critical points, where, in particular, three of which are symmetric. We search for effective conditions for the critical points in order to be isochronous centers (or linearizable centers). We stress that few results are available concerning with several finite isochronous centers in a polynomial differential system of degree n, and our work is new and interesting.
