目的：对中药牛至有效部位挥发油中所含对-聚伞花素进行了含量测定，比较不同产地的含量差异，为该药材质量标准制定提供依据。方法：采用高效液相色谱法对牛至挥发油中对-聚伞花素的含量进行测定。结果：对-聚伞花素在4．388～21．940μg范围内，线性关系良好，平均回收率为97．50%，RSD为0．38%（n=5）。结论：该方法准确灵敏、稳定可靠。对-聚伞花素可作为控制牛至质量的一个指标成分。

英文摘要：

OBJECTIVE To develop a method for the determination of p-Cymene in essence oil of Origannum Vulgate. METHODS An HPLC method was developed. RESULTS Linearity was found in the range of 4. 388～21. 940 g,the average recovery was 97. 50%, RSD was 0. 38% （n = 5）. CONCLUSION This method is reliable, accurate and suitable for the determination of p-Cymene.
