微RNA(miRNA)是一类长度为21 ~23个核苷酸的调控性小RNA分子,通过mRNA剪切和抑制蛋白质翻译两种方式,负性调控其靶基因.miRNA可以调控约50%的蛋白编码基因,并且参与了包括细胞分化、细胞凋亡等在内的多种生理过程.近年来发现,miRNA在肿瘤相关方面发挥重要作用.该文从miRNA在骨肉瘤中的发生发展、侵袭转移、与药物的协同作用及在血液循环当中的应用4个方面予以综述,并对miRNA在骨肉瘤方面的前景进行展望.
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of regulatory small RN A moleculars of about 2t-23 nudeotide in length,which negatively regulate target gene by mRNA sphcing and inhibition of protein translation.miRNAs can regulate about 50% of the protein-coding genes,and participate in a variety of physiological processes including cell differentiation and apoptosis.Recent studies have shown that miRNAs are involved in tumor development and are closely associated with the initiation,progression,invasion and metastasis of human osteosarcoma as oncogenes or tumor suppressor genes.Here is to discuss the roles of miRNAs in osteosarcoma from the perspectives of osteosarcoma genesis and development,invasion and metastasis,synergy with medication and their roles in blood circulation,and the future of the field is also prospected.
