目的:探讨精细化管理模式在医院病案管理中的应用效果。方法:选择本院2012年1月-2014年10月符合标准的病案纳入研究,2012年1-12月的5000例病案资料采用常规管理模式,2013年1月-2014年10月的5000例病案资料采用精细化管理模式,对比采用精细化管理前后病案首页质量合格率、病案缺页缺项比例、医患纠纷发生率、病案管理者职能考核合格率;对患者及医务人员发放调查问卷,比较患者及医务人员对精细化管理前后的满意情况。结果:医院对病案施行精细化的管理后,病案缺页缺项比例和医疗纠纷的发生率明显降低,病案管理者职能考核合格率、病案首页质量合格率和患者满意度均明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:医院病案管理中运用精细化的管理模式,能提高医院的病案管理水平,降低医疗纠纷发生率,提高病案管理者的专业能力,患者及医务人员满意度也相应提高。
Objective:To investigate the effect of application of fine management mode in hospital archives management. Method:Medical record in accordance with the standards from January 2012 to October 2014 were selected as the research object,the conventional management mode was used to 5000 cases of medical record information from January 2012 to December 2012,and fine management mode was used to medical records from January 2013 to October 2014. The medical record home page quality qualified rate,the proportion of medical record missing page missing items,examination qualified rate of incidence of medical disputes between medical staff and medical record management functions were compared before and after using the fine management. Result:After the medical record of hospital management refinement,the incidence of medical records proportion with missing pages missing and the medical dispute significantly reduces,the functional examination pass rate of medical record manager,medical record quality qualified rate and patient satisfaction were significantly enhanced,and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion:The use of refined management mode of hospital medical record management,can improve the hospital medical record management level,reduce the incidence of medical disputes,patients satisfaction also increased.
