以废旧聚苯颗粒等体积取代水泥砂浆中的砂子,研究了废旧聚苯颗粒掺量对水泥砂浆静力学性能的影响。结果表明,随聚苯颗粒掺量增加,砂浆流动度先增加后下降,砂浆试样7d、28d抗折抗压强度均呈下降趋势,3d抗折强度先增加后下降,抗压强度下降缓慢;砂浆试样3d、7d、28d抗压强度与密度存在线性关系,且线性关系都比较显著。
The influence of the content of waste polystyrene granule which substitutes the equivalent content for sand in mortar on physical properties of cement mortar is studied. It shows that with the increasing of polystyrene granule ag-gregate content, the fluidity of cement mortar firstly increases and then decreases;The 7d, 28d of flexural and compressive strength of samples are on the decline, but its 3d flexural strength first increases and then decrease, meanwhile, the 3d compressive strength of cement mortar show a slow downward trend; it has a very significant linear relationship between the 3d, 7d, 28d of the compressive strength and density of samples.
